U.S. and Mexico: Building Partnerships in Infrastructure Conference

One on One Meetings

Most attendees from previous USTDA conferences agree that One on One Meetings are the most dynamic and critical component of the conference, giving them more access to foreign buyers more quickly than they could achieve on their own.

U.S. firms can schedule short meetings with project decision makers to present their company and learn more about the project in a more private setting. U.S. government officials who offer relevant guidance on the region and financing possibilities will also be available to meet with U.S. companies. These meetings take place when there is no other activity on the agenda so you will not miss any part of the conference.

How does this work?

At least two weeks prior to the conference, all registrants will be emailed a list of those project representatives, major Mexican companies and U.S. officials that will be taking meetings. You will be asked to select those with whom you would like to meet and to send the form back. Your schedule will be available to you at the conference prior to the one on one meeting times. You will be given another opportunity to schedule more meetings at the conference as you learn more. Our goal is to help you with as many people as possible.
