FORUM OVERVIEW

Building on the success of previous youth and media marketing forums, MFM Trade Meetings presented the 2nd Annual Connecting with Kids & Youth Forum on June 14, 2006, in Chicago, IL. Additional Workshops were held on June 13&15, 2006.

Connecting with Kids & Youth took an in-depth look at the latest strategies being used to reach some of the most influential and lucrative segments of the U.S. consumer market, America's kids & youth. Marketing, advertising, entertainment and media leaders gathered to share insights and examine the newest trends in kids and youth marketing. The program also dealt with critical issues facing marketers, such as marketing with new media, adjusting to changing ethical expectations and experiential marketing.

The Forum featured experts in promotional and interactive marketing, brand management and strategic marketing, as well as traditional and new media. In case studies and panel presentations, conference speakers demonstrated how leading companies are increasing market share and deepening brand loyalty among youth audiences.

Through keynote presentations, case studies, panel discussions and interactive forums, Forum participants learned about new strategies and tools available to help them achieve their youth marketing goals.
